In this versatile role, you’ll be a vital link between departments and external partners, handling a variety of administrative and financial tasks that keep operations running smoothly. What you'll do

At STM Group, we design, supply and build turn-key projects for a variety of industries worldwide. Thanks to our innovative approach, we continue to grow and excel in making life easier for our clients. As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you’ll handle a wide range of financial and administrative tasks. From processing invoices and managing payments to supporting financial reporting and office management, you’ll help keep daily operations on track. You’ll work closely with different departments and external partners, playing an essential role in maintaining our financial administration and ensuring everything is organized and accurate.

Because of the versatility of our international projects within STM Group, this is an ideal position for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are looking to develop both professionally and personally.

What we’re looking for
  • MBO education level with a preferred background in finance.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or financial role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Dutch, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of German and English is a preference.
  • Proactive, accurate, and flexible work attitude.
